Order Processing Time
All artworks are printed on demand and will depart from our studio with Canada Post or UPS in approximately 7 business days (with the exception of Commission art pieces).
You will receive an email notification when your order ships along with a tracking number.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes may be incurred for reshipment.
Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address when placing your order to avoid any issues. We cannot be held responsible for shipping charges, additional fees, or replacing items due to misdelivery caused by incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at the time of order placement.

International Delivery
We currently ship Internationally from our shop in Canada to the following countries: United States, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.
If your destination country is not on this list, please contact us with details of your requested purchase and our team will confirm whether or not shipping to the destination will be possible.
Shipments within Canada, United States, the EU, and the UK will not incur import duties or taxes. However, local or state taxes may be applicable and will be calculated during checkout. Shipments to other countries may be subject to customs fees and taxes. As the buyer, you are responsible for any applicable charges. If customs fees and taxes apply, the courier will notify you and collect payment. Failure to pay these fees may delay your shipment, and returns will not be accepted based on customs fees or taxes being imposed.
Returns and Damages
We have a no-return, no-refund, final sale policy as fine-art photos are printed curated to your request, on-demand.
Upon receiving your order, we ask that you inspect it diligently. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.
Should your product be defective, damaged or incorrect upon arrival, it would be eligible for replacement. To facilitate this process, we kindly ask for all damaged or incorrect prints be returned to our studio. It is essential to provide written notification and photo documentation of any damages within 15 days of receiving the item. Please note that after this 15-day period, we are unable to replace the item.
To initiate a return due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at info@la-hudud.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please be aware that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
